For certain products, such as rotary encoders, the CAD models can only be downloaded after the appropriate product ID number has been entered.  

Reference: 

(1) All mechanical and electrical information necessary for installation, as well as tolerance specifications, is included in the respective product brochures and mounting instructions. Both are available from the product page as PDF files.
(2) If you would like to receive technical consultation or an offer, please refer to your contact partner at HEIDENHAIN or press the "Request" Button on the product page.
(3) Not enough attributes have been selected in order to completely establish the 3-D model of the encoder. Please refer to your contact partner at HEIDENHAIN for the further required specifications or to determine the order number.
(4) Should there be any discrepancies between the dimension drawings and the CAD model, then the information in the dimension drawings shall be definitive.
